Interview
The first step was a screening with recruiter which went very well.
For the second step I had on-site interview with 2 engineers.
As mentioned in other reviews it was culture fit interview.
Interviewers showed small to no interest in it. I also didn't understand required skills they're looking for. The interview was a little bit chaotic.
It can be easily done online and time can be shortened to 45 minutes.

Interview
I participated in five separate interviews for the Customer Service Specialist position in Amsterdam, each conducted by a different member of the company. In every interview, I was asked largely the same set of questions, which resulted in significant repetition across the process.
