The first round interviews are at the college. The second round interviews are on site in Clinton, TN. There are 10-12 interview rooms, and you rotate around from room to room for a full day, take a plant tour, then have dinner at the CEO's house. It's a very long day, but you become a pro at interviews afterwards! And after the first 2 or 3, you get a hang of it.
