There were three interviews. One with each owner and the other with my direct supervisor. They were thorough and really got to some important issues regarding consulting. It was an ideal opportunity for me to show the hiring team my caliber as a consultant.

Multiple rounds including a screening, interview with the manager, and a culture interview. The communication was very spotty with this company and wasn't always sure what type of interview it would be (i.e.. phone or via zoom). After the culture interview, they said they would let me know and it felt like I did well during this interview. I never heard from them again! Would have appreciated them closing this loop instead of ghosting.
