Teleste interview questions

The interview process took place over multiple rounds. The first two were Zoom meetings and fairly business casual. The next two interviews were held in person and consisted of practical exercises to validate my skills. Lastly, an informal Zoom meeting was set up to discuss the final decision. I was treated very professionally, genuinely, and candidly, which was a refreshing change from the two-faced corporate niceties I’m normally used to.

A first interview with the role’s line manager and a home task to complete. The task was quite large for a junior position. The interview was laid back and progressive.
