Two steps, virtual then written with physical interview. Ghosted for months, grueling interview and person was not kind in questions. Overall less than positive experience. Heard similar from other candidates
The interview focused primarily on personality and cultural fit, aiming to understand my working style and alignment with the team, rather than deeply assessing technical knowledge or specific job responsibilities.
The recruitment process was detailed and involved several rounds of interviews and checks. However, without a clear timeline or any follow-up—whether an offer or not—it felt a bit disjointed. A lot of time and effort seemed to go into the process from everyone involved, including external parties, but the outcome was unclear. During one of the interviews, there was a comment about employees using their leave, which made me think about the organisation’s views on taking time off. I also heard that a previous role had been filled by someone with an existing professional connection, which reminded me how much networking can matter. In the end, the experience taught me a lot about what good hiring practices and communication should look like.
