It's a process, you take a math test to see if you're capable (high school equivalency), followed by an on site two day experience. Nothing really out of the ordinary.

In the final stage, they asked basic questions and working preferences and seemed not really interested in the answer and more likely driven by subjectivity
There's an online interview where you use a platform to answer questions. You read each question briefly and get 2 minutes to answer. I'm new to this interview style, and it's quite interesting.
