After submitting the application, video interview and face to face online interview with one of the recruiter on MS teams, the questions are behavior questions. If you get selected, you will be invited to their mill for a day.

Interview
The interview process uses a recorded media platform with around 10 - 11 general questions. Each question gives us 40 seconds to think and 2 – 3 minutes to answer.
Completamente telematico con domande assolutamente generiche, atte a carpire motivazioni ed aspirazioni. Manca il contatto con l'essere umano. Prepararsi a domande come: Per quale motivo vuoi lavorare nell'industria? Cosa ti piace del settore manifatturiero?
