I had multiple interviews with the HR Manager and SEO managers. It was fairly average in difficulty and pretty typical in terms of interview questions. I had an average experience.
The interview had 3 stages. You would interview with the recruiter. You will then advance to interviewing with two employees who have mid-level titles, and then someone from executive leadership.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Terakeet in Jan 2022
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn and did a call. Very appropriate questions about my experience and industry tools usage. I appreciate that the recruiter could sense that my experience didn't exactly align with Terakeet's technical SEO focus, but I can't shake the feeling that my local/SMB SEO experience was being looked down on. Heard "Fortune 500" more times that I needed to.
But overall, I'm impressed with the efficiency and being able to determine fit right away.
