You start with a couple HR interviews to assess your strength and what roles you are interested in and fit within the company. After that there's a technical interview that consist of talking about your experience with one of the tech leads related to your area, answer questions about how you solved technical challenges before and a few hypothetical about technical challenges that might come up. At least for me there were no actual coding tests required.
