Interview
Interview process was informal but still professional. Very conversational and easy going. Mainly wanted to know why I was interested in the company and also what previous project experience I had.

Interview
1 hour long phone interview followed by an in person interview. The phone interview started as an initial screening going over background, education, career goals, etc and then followed with more role-specific questions. In person interview was with 2 people simultaneously. It was relaxed and the interviewers were open about potential to grow within the company. Overall, the process was a week long from phone screening to hiring. They were very aggressive. Received positive feedback during phone interview which continued during in person interview, and offer came very quickly after that. I was pleased with everything overall.
