Tessitura Network interview questions

I applied online November 2025. It was a long process since they make you submit a cover letter and answer questions about why you want to work for a non-profit, your passion for philanthropy, etc. I got a quick HR screening phone call 2 weeks later but never heard back. They ignored my emails asking for an update. Completely ghosted. Please respect applicants' time! Especially if you're putting them through a tedious process for below-market rate roles because "it's a non-profit".

I got ghosted after the interview. The interviewer did not appear enthusiastic about the role or company. I didn't feel excited to work here. I didn't get a feel for what their culture was like. The role was low-paying as well.
