TestGorilla interview questions

Pretty standard Interview, questions are the strange though. Was asked how you would approach a situation. When answered, the response to my answer was that they expected me to question the very premise of the situation I was asked to tell my approach.

They look for someone, and when the AI is supposed to share the answers, the video doesn’t even have audio — that’s part of the problem. There is too much automation instead of conducting a correct and fair interview process. Be careful with that system. They said the interview would take 47 minutes, but it actually took 1 hour and 49 minutes. Sometimes it may be better to go back to interviews with real people instead of relying on a server that is not working properly.
