Texas Sterling Construction interview questions

The interview consisted of one in-person interview with the Vice President/General Counsel. The interviewer asked a series of hypothetical questions, including one question about reasons one might or might not want to seek a supplemental agreement with surrounding landowners to reduce the cost of removing construction materials. The interviewer also asked me to identify opportunities to increase revenue by agreeing to reduce risks for the other contracting party.
