Text-Em-All interview questions

First Round: OA (It was not a hackerrank but rather a set of IQ tests and personality tests) Second Round: Technical + behavioral interview with lead engineer The interview process was smooth but I got rejected in the end despite all the interviews going well. I wish I was given more feedback on why I was not selected.

Text-Em-All's interview process is unique. It starts with an OA (non-coding), followed by a written questionnaire about past projects, experiences, and why Text-Em-All. The third is the coding challenge, which is more like a tiny project instead of conventional LeetCode style questions. If you clear those you will move forward to the Phone Interview with one of the co-founders and the hiring manager. The last round was on-site, where you give a presentation on a take-home task, and answer some questions related to the day-to-day activities related to the role. Overall a really nice experience, the HR is quick to respond. The only negative was that after a 2 month-long interview process including on-site, rejecting someone because of lack of experience did not feel right. Apart from that, the whole experience was really positive, would definitely recommend someone to work at Text-Em-All.
