Interview
After visiting with recruiters at the university job fair, I applied online to various positions throughout the company. I then received a phone call asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted approximately twenty minutes. After the interview I was emailed the offer to review and determine if I was going to accept it or not. Overall the process was short and to the point.

30 minute interview on the day after university career fair for an avionics summer internship. first twenty minutes of the interview were normal interview question, then ten minutes where you ask the interviewer questions.

The first round interview was online through the HireVue software and had four questions. It took approximately 20 to 30 minutes, and there were two attempts per question. Only the last recording of each interview question is submitted.
