The hiring process has started when I applied for the position of C++ developer on LinkedIn.
After some weeks (3~4 weeks), I've received an e-mail from someone from the HR recruitment team saying that he wants to schedule a quick first interview, 15 minutes and what were my availability for that. This e-mail was also to inform that in 2 days he would start his vacation period and would return in 2 weeks. I've replied to the email immediately to try to get this first interview before his vacation. In my e-mail, I've given my availability for the next two days and also for the following days after he would return from vacation.
No answer for my first e-mail, so maybe my e-mail would've not being found on his inbox, usually we receive several e-mails that we have to read after our vacation period (it could happen to anyone).
And then, a couple of weeks after the first e-mail I sent another message to ask if the process would still happen and again no answer. Until now (3 months from the application) I am not sure if I will get that first interview for the position (irony).
The company seems to offer good opportunities, but the HR team is not very organized or even prepared to deal properly with people.
