I was asked competency based questions and required to describe how previous experiences prepared me for the role. The questions revolved around strengths and also areas I thought I could improve on.
The interview was relatively straightforward but the interviewers did not seem to be very welcoming. I found myself wondering if it would have been different if I was not a minority.

Question 1
They asked me competency questions, requiring me to recount my experience that showed my ability to solve problems related to technical issues.
Went through the normal First interview process. Then I tried to get an update 2 weeks later. Was told the IT manager/Interviewer is going on 45-day medical leave and the position has been put on hold.
I check in less than a month later and get told it's been filled.
What a great way to interview. /s
