First interview was very relaxed at campus career office. Run-of-the-mill go over your resume, strengths and weaknesses. You should obviously know exactly what the company does and what your job description is. Second interview was mostly case and situation-type questions. Should be well versed in the finance lingo and the current happenings in the market.
