It was held as a group interview. Overall a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere where the interviewer got everyone to introduce themselves, then pair off to brainstorm questions before presenting our answers to the rest of the group.

Group interview with about 10 other applicants. There were two rounds, and then offers, from memory. They made us play daggy team building games that were mostly just patronising. There were also some dorky costumes.

Question 1
To memorise product information, and then attempt to sell the right product to imaginary customers based on their needs. They also had us throw a ball around and when we caught it, we had to answer questions about a product.
