I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Boston Beer Company (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Interviewed via iPad. Had to record answers and submit them after the interview was over. Not a great experience, wish I could have gotten a phone interview. Talking to yourself on an iPad seems redundant considering the job involves working with people all the time. It seems like a weird way to weed people out. I am a lot better on the phone or face to face than I am talking to myself on an iPad.

If you're a college grad, they will have you go through 7 interviews. Your last interview , they will fly you out to Boston where you will have a group interview, be prepared with a 30 second elevator pitch. Then they will split you into different rooms individually with different interviewers each having different communication styles to see if you're able to match any comm style.
The process was over Ihire and was a virtual process. You are presented a few questions and you are given a set amount of time to answer them. You have a chance to fix it if you mess up for each question.

I did not like how the first interaction of the interview process was a recording of you answering questions. Zoom interviews are great, but you get a true personality from talking to someone live as opposed to a recording of you talking to a webcam.
