Straight forward question. HR will send a video to candidate to watch before interview, it helps you to understand the company background. I sent an email to ask HR some question about the interview and the HR response question so fast.

Interview
It was very casual, everyone was supportive and seemed more interested in recruiting me than examining me. I met with everyone in the group including the principal investigator. The whole interview took less than one full day.
