In-office one on one Interviews with EVERY manager they can gather on that day, or you can reschedule to come back on another day to meet with the one's you miss. Typing test, drug test, interviews with people who are not even in the department you are applying for.

Very uptight interviews which is really weird because they are not that uptight when hired. I had a candid conversation as to whether I preferred to contact people and have them contact me via email or phone.
