I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied using an online job posting, took an assessment. I didn't expect they would call me since my resume is in the other field of industry. 2 days after they gave me a call and interviewed with manager and after the GM. Received an offer on the spot and sent me 2 emails at night time. There was an orientation and a 5 days in room class.

I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Washington, DC)
Interview
Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
