Interview
Very simple, usually done on phone call with positions readily available. The intention for most interviews is to hire you on the spot, as long as they like your answers. Speaking of which the questions are nothing overly comprehensive, they're mainly just restatements and confirmations of your application.
The interview process was easy and definitely worth it. I actually had two interviews, one with a regular manager and then one with the GM. Asked about gap in resume.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
