I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Burlington, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The hiring process was easy and not to complicated. I had a phone interview after filling in my application on the website. I set up a date to go into the restaurant for the interview. It was 30 minutes with one of the managers and the company. I was asked a few questions about myself and what I would contribute to the company.
1 on 1 with a manager in the restaurant. Pretty chill guy during the interview. The questions were pretty straight forward, and the whole process was rather quick.
Also got a free meal afterwards which was cool.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Virginia Beach, VA) in May 2019
Interview
The process went as such: The current working manager greeted me kindly, took me to an area in the restaurant where we could comfortably talk, and calmly and patiently asked me a few standard questions while thankfully working with me on availability because I am attending college within the next few months.
