I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Marina del Rey, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Three interview all individual and in person. First was with an assistant manager, then FOH manager, than GM. Looking for high energy and someone willing to go the extra mile to take care of the guest. Be ready to be tested on all food items once hired. If you are not willing to study you might as well not apply. You will need to know it all. But you get to taste a lot of it which was never a problem,
