Interview
A few days after applying for the position, I received an email to complete an hour-long online assessment. Afterwards, I was contacted for a pre-interview phone screening with a recruiter. I was asked to share my background and past work experiences. The recruiter asked two or three behavioral questions then told me that I will be advancing to the next step for a face-to-face interview with the team manager.
The interview was a panel process with three team leads. They asked me to share my past work experiences and customer service background. They then took turns asking behavioral questions. They further explained the job requirements and responsibilities and stressed that the position was very fast-paced with a continuous flow of new cases to make sure that I would be a good fit. The entire interview process took about 45 minutes. Overall, they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was contacted by a recruiter two days later for a formal offer of employment. I was set to start the position until I received another offer with a different organization.
