The interview process was long and drawn out. I started it in January and didn’t get completed until April. I did 4 rounds The biggest concern is that I had just came from a role in which a network was being built from the ground up.. and Cigna had no answers as to how this build is going to happen. A lot of “we aren’t sures” and “we are looking into that”. It’s the. Type of jobs that if you get something wrong, you are out of work. Not to mention the hiring manager and his boss was very rude and disrespectful throughout the interview. Cutting me off when I asked questions and putting the phone on mute several times as I answered. Felt they really wasn’t listening. At one point In the process, I felt they were looking more of a body to fill a position than a talent to help drive results. Very disappointed as I heard wonderful things about working for Cigna. They offered me the job but I declined for the reasons above plus the amount of contracting and the types of contracts I will be responsible for, the out the gate offer was insulting and a joke!
