First-round interview was a one-on-one with an analyst in the office in which I was applying, followed by 2 additional back-to-back interviews with analysts from different offices, followed by a series of interviews (including a panel interview) with various managers/senior actuaries. I was also assigned a "buddy", which guided me through the entire process.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Oct 2021
Interview
There are some common behavioral questions like why actuarial science. There are also lots of behavioral question regarding leadership experience, and they would continue explore the example you said with lots of follow up questions. The interviewer is super nice though.

What would you do if you do not have enough information about a project
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied through on-campus recruiting and had my first interview with a young actuarial analyst who was very welcoming and delight to talk to. A week later I was told I moved on to the next round of interviews and scheduled them for two weeks later. The final round consisted of four interviews, each lasting around 50 minutes with 10-minute breaks in between. The entire process from the first interview to getting an offer took exactly four weeks. It was a very pleasant experience overall, made much easier thanks to everything being virtual.
