Interview
Interviewing with the Trust was not an enjoyable experience. In addition to interviews, the Trust required additional, uncompensated assignments. After completing these time intensive projects and making it through several rounds of interviews, I was ghosted and never heard back from any staff members. I found this to be very unprofessional and antithetical to the Trust's stated values on equity and inclusion.
Interviewed with an outside recruiter, she was pleasant and encouraging after every answer. She did tell me the timeline of moving forward in the process. Since I never heard back again I can only assume I wasn't chosen. Really tired of the way recruiters treat candidates. We're pretty tough and can take rejection. Not hearing back is the worst.
