Initial communication started with an email for a phone interview with recruiter. Passed on to the second stage where there was a second phone interview which included over an hour and a half of questions; you must be knowledgeable about all LITCH rules and regulations, Know your HUD Handbook and LITCH Handbook and how they differ, and if a layered property, you must know what rules overlap the others.
