The Council Oak interview questions

Submitted my resume via LinkedIn, got an email from someone, and met with the owner. Kind of a train wreck situation - not very clear on their expectations, and spent majority of the time asking questions as if they were mining for ideas. Very odd, and predatory. Zero transparency, said they would schedule a second interview during the first one, and then didn't follow-up at all. After weeks of following up, the owner bluntly lied about the interview timeline, and then proceeded to tell me she can't offer a position. I would also be wary of their turnover rate.
