The Detox Market interview questions

Very robust interview process. A lot of conversations around experience, ideas for the brand and challenges in the industry. There was a case study as well that I was given a week to complete and present to leadership. I definitely felt like this was a two way process and it allowed me to also feel good about making the decision to join TDM!

It was based off of whether the manager liked me, and less about my qualifications. I was asked about the time I could start but I learned that they were urgently hiring because their entire staff had previously left.
