Hello, so sorry we've just seen this, thanks for your feedback. You're right that is poor and we are so sorry this was your experience that should not have happened. We didn't have sufficient HR support in at the time as we were hiring across multiple roles at once, we know this because we remember it was overwhelming, but we've received similar feedback from that period. We have changed/improved our hiring strategy, process and recruiter network now so it's much smoother but it can always be improved. Please don't be put off, sorry we missed out on you! x
