The Focus Group interview questions

Unfortunately, the company they hired to handle the high-level executive interviews, was lacking in people skills and information. She declared that she does not review resumes before interviews "It is part of her process". What resulted was a very unorganized and confusing interview process. I was asked questions unrelated to the field and my experience to the point I was like this is not going to work for me. "If you do not have the time to review my skills and experience, I do not have the time to guide you in the interview and continue to answer questions unrelated to the field, my experience and the job". The questions were very basic and very predictable.
