The interview process was quick, with the main interviewer being the hiring manager, who was initially responsive. However, during the follow-up interview, which was supposed to include the supply chain representative, they did not attend. This gave an impression that the company is highly disorganized and does not value the interviewee's time. Following this, there was complete radio silence with no updates or follow-up communication.
