They have shortlisted profile and arranged an interview within 1 hour. Candidate having an experience of 9+ years must be interviewed by relevant professional. If they have shortlisted profile, they must have give time to thereselves to judge their shortlisting. But within 4 minutes they just ended an interview. Its look very silly and insulting too. The ibterviewer must be from the relevant field , he was not mature . It definitely harm the image of an organization.

Interview

The first interview was via Zoom with 2 current employees. The second was an in-person interview with 2 current employees and then comes the excel test to see how comfortable you are using the software. It had been 3-4 years since I used excel so I struggled a bit. Waiting to see if my knowledge was enough. 100% confident I can do the job successfully.

Interview

The interviewer was over 10 mins late. To start off they didn’t introduce themselves or their role in the company. To my surprise they are the people manager/ director. Not open or and was not aware of time, I feel they brought the negative attitude to the interview. Which set the tone for a very non engaging interview.
