After a written application, the first round was a brief online interview with a ten minute presentation. Then after that it was the assessment centre (full day) which involved an exercise with 2 dogs (one after the other), a task working with a blind person and a group work task whilst blind folded.

Online application, short phone interview before a full day of 3 x 1.5 hour assessments via Zoom (longer interview, microteach assessment and guide dog owner conversation) followed by a practical dog training assessment.
