The Harris Law Firm interview questions

The interview process was very detailed and I was told initially that I was over-qualified for the position. But they still went ahead with the interview which took 3 months. They asked many detailed questions about ideas on how to improve their online reputation. Two weeks after the last interview, they sent me a cut-and-paste answer that they were not interested in hiring me. Seems that they took my ideas (and probably others) and then gave them to an intern to implement because I saw my ideas put in place but they didn't hire anyone.
