The Holt Group interview questions

Very detailed info about their work and where you would fit in. Call was over an hour and was very informative and pleasant. Call was with two Engineers at the firm.

I had an impromptu phone interview where I was asked to come in for an in person interview. After what I thought was a great interview, I was told a decision would be made within 2 weeks. After a month of not hearing anything, I reached out to them and received a short and stern email back stating that they offered the job to someone else and good luck. Ive worked in HR for over 10 years and find that to be a big slap in the face. It sounds like it may have been a blessing in disguise though...The office was dirty, unorganized and dumpy. Only 2 of my 3 interviewers showed up.
