The Insurance Center Customer Service - Agent interview questions

Teams interview with COO and hiring manager round 1, in person “job shadow” for round two with hiring manager and peer. I received a denial letter in the mail, which felt unprofessional. It would have been much easier to send a quick rejection email. I have no idea who would have thought that is a good idea to implement.
