Interview
Very simple. Interviewed by human resource, my supervisor and department head. Applied online and then HR phone interview for screening. After screening, received email from hiring manager and scheduled a time for a interview. There are two people for the interview, mainly asking some technical questions, like what software you are using, how you qualify the position.

Interview
There was only one round of interview and it went quite well. My potential boss and a peer data analyst interviewed me. Mostly general questions. They were interested in how comfortable I am with analytic software and I elaborated a lot on my relevant experience. The rest of the interview I felt that they were asking many questions to find out what type of person I am. They want to see if I can fit with the rest of the groups. Fun question at the end: if you want to be an animal, what would you be?
