The Mansfield Foundation interview questions

The process was a bit chaotic. They first had me interview with two staff people - one who would have been my equal, they other who would have been subordinate. They were then going to forward finalists to president, rather then the vice president. They never got back to me, but I later learned that they downgraded the position a full level - after they had advertised the position.
