I applied and interviewed in 2021. I had a skills assessment that involved writing an evaluation plan. I then had two rounds of interviews followed by an interview with the CEO. She mostly talked to me and didn't ask a lot of questions. I received an offer over the phone. When I asked for a couple days to think it over, they told me the offer was only good for 24 hours. I called back the next day to negotiate salary and they told me they hired another candidate.
