It was a long process with TMA with multiple rounds and questions. I met with people from top to bottom on several different days. Everyone was friendly and warm, but I waited awhile for feedback and received an offer months after I started the process.
Interview process clearly shared by HR (3 rounds]
1st: HR Call
2nd: (2) Acct. Managers
3rd: (2) Acct. Directors/Supervisors
All team members were very nice. After (3) rounds, would be nice to have a personal rejection letter, versus a generic one.

3 round process consisting of 2 phone interviews and a final interview that required a presentation in front of a panel. They moved quickly in between each interview round and told me after my final presentation that their decision would be “soon.” I’ve yet to hear anything from them since.
