The Mercadien Group interview questions

One was a virtual interview with HR, and the other was with two senior managers in taxation on site for the 2nd interview. There were no specific or unique questions that they asked me, but their attitude displayed more "business as usual" and indifference. You can usually tell after a few minutes, and when you ask the hiring managers what the next steps are, their answer is usually, "We are still interviewing other candidates". Then you get the usual rejection email stating they went with another candidate that best suited their requirements. In summation, a lot of work in preparation for the interview, and in the end, a total waste of time.
