Evaluation process included a real-world sourcing assignment, along with interview rounds with the hiring manager and others. Overall process was smooth and well-orchestrated. Communication was timely along all steps of the process.

I interviewed for a Program Manager role at Modern Data and had two rounds of interviews. The experience was absolutely great—I really enjoyed the interactions. We discussed my past roles and responsibilities, as well as the current challenges Modern Data is facing. I appreciate their transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw from the interview process due to a personal emergency that required me to return to my hometown for a few months. The team was very understanding!
