The Mount Vernon School interview questions

I interviewed with the Chief Talent & Experience Officer. It was a zoom call but he didn’t turn on his camera until the last 5 minutes. He was pretty silent and reading through a list of questions, so I had no idea whatever about how he was feeling about my answers. He recorded my interview without prior notice nor my permission. There was no room for conversation. The meeting was rather a questionnaire than an interview. At the end he expressed he was pleased with my responses and that I’d hear back by the end of the week. The interview was in May and I was ghosted until August when I received a rejection email. Very unprofessional.
