Interview
Did the interview through the web-cam via Skype. Although it was not it person, it was very professional.
NPD first contacted me through their email and asked if I'd want to set up an appointment for a Skype interview. Once I agreed to the interview the HR personnel sent me a email with the interview information.

Interview
It was pretty straight forward. Online form, a couple preliminary emails, an interview with a couple folks from different departments, and an offer within 2 days. All around quite reasonable.
Phone call interview by HR. Basic questions about the experiences in the resume. Started with educational background and asked several questions about the projects did in school. Then move to the work experiences and goes very detail. Very standard process.
