A screening interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the prospective boss, followed by a panel. The job description was vague and recruiter didn't really have any idea what it was about. The prospective boss clearly explained it. His interview focused on describing the role, probing how my background would be a good fit, and assessing how I would communicate upwards. Panel interview involved a 2-page case and a 60 minute Zoom call with 3-4 people, including the prospective boss.
